What we cover

A destination wedding is not one trip. It is dozens of them, spread across four or five days and a hundred kilometers of coastline. We plan them as one operation.

Guest airport transfers

Send us the guest list with flight numbers. We track every arrival at SJD, group passengers who land close together, and have a host waiting past customs with a sign.

Bridal party & couple

A dedicated vehicle held for the couple and the wedding party throughout the day, with the driver on standby rather than on a schedule.

Welcome party & rehearsal dinner

Shuttle loops between hotels and the venue so guests can enjoy the evening without arranging rides or worrying about driving back.

Ceremony & reception shuttles

Continuous service between the guest hotels and the venue, timed around your run of show and adjusted live if the ceremony runs long.

Departures & honeymoon

Return transfers scheduled against each flight, plus onward transportation if you are continuing to another resort in the region.

No deposit is required to get a plan and a price.

Tell us the shape of it

Wedding date, venue, guest hotels and roughly how many people are flying in. That is enough for a first estimate.

We build the movement plan

Within 24 hours you get a proposal: which vehicles, at what times, on which days, with a fixed price per service.

Adjust as the list firms up

Guest counts always change. Send updates as they come and we revise the plan at no cost until two weeks out.

We run the weekend

You get the driver assignments and a direct line to our operations desk for the whole event.

Questions we get often

How far in advance should we book?
Three to six months ahead for weddings of 40 guests or more. High season in Los Cabos runs November through May, and vehicle availability tightens quickly on Fridays and Saturdays.
Can you coordinate guests arriving on different flights?
Yes, and this is most of the work. Send the guest list with flight numbers and we track each arrival, group passengers where it makes sense, and assign a host at the airport.
Do you decorate the vehicles?
We can arrange simple decoration for the couple's vehicle. Mention it in your inquiry and we will include it in the quote.
What happens if the ceremony runs late?
Wedding day vehicles are booked by block, not by trip. The driver stays with your group, so a delayed ceremony does not mean a missing ride.
Do the drivers speak English?
Yes. All of our drivers are bilingual in English and Spanish.
How do we pay?
Once the plan is confirmed we send a single itemized quote. Payment options and terms are set out there, and we do not charge anything to prepare it.
